Flo Harris Lodge is student accommodation close to where you want to be—universities, colleges and the CBD. A unique, caring environment that is a great place for those leaving home and moving to Sydney for the first time.

What's on offer?

Accommodation & Amenities

Room Options: Fully furnished single or partitioned rooms equipped with essentials like a bed, desk, wardrobe, and wall heater.

‍Facilities: Accommodation and amenities including common areas, a fitness gym, pool/snooker room, secure bike storage, and leafy well kept grounds.

‍Utilities & Services: Weekly rent covers electricity, water, unlimited internet, and weekly laundering of bed sheets.

‍Laundry: Two laundry facilities with EFTPOS/card-operated machines are available for personal use.

Meals & Dining

Evening Meals: Chef prepared meals are served 7 nights per week in the communal dining room.

‍Self-Serve Options: Continental breakfast and DIY lunch supplies (cold meats and salads) are provided daily.

‍Late Meals: Residents can request up to three late meals per week, which are stored in the dining room fridge for later consumption.

Community & Support

Pastoral Care: Our full-time onsite Chaplains and Senior Residents (SRs) provide warm, everyday support and care within the community.

‍Community Activities: Regular events include orientation week activities, sport and activity nights, beach trips, and an end-of-year formal dinner.

‍Resident Duties: Each resident participates in communal responsibilities, such as meal wash-up duties, promoting a sense of community.
